Greenhouse Fabrics: Customer and CFS Spotlight: Seth and Comfort Designs

Seth is a very unique member of our Customer & Fabric Specialist team. He is also the first guy from the CFS team we have spotlighted! Whether it be working on our phone system, helping with some I.T. issues around the office, or greeting guests at the office with a smile as he answers the door, everyone at Greenhouse loves Seth! And while he has done many things at Greenhouse to help our business grow and be successful, the way he has been able to work with his customers as their personal CFS and help their business grow is even more impressive.

Seth has been with Greenhouse since 2009. After starting in the Creative Department, he transitioned into the sales side of the business and began working with his own accounts about a year ago. Seth likes being involved with different areas of the business, and loves his new roles and responsibilities. "I really enjoy setting up new accounts and helping them grow their business. Also, I take pride in servicing my current accounts, helping with specific projects, and seeing them through to completion. I'm here to help my accounts find the right fabric, in the right color, at the right price!"

As almost any guy would tell you, sports is a passion of his. "I thoroughly enjoy sports. I am a die hard NC State fan! I love to travel and visit new places. In the warmer months I go the beach every chance I get and spend my time relaxing at the lake." I hope, for Seth's sanity, NC State can live up to their potential this season!

Comfort Designs in Freehold, NJ has been working with Seth since they partnered with Greenhouse a year ago. Sue, the owner at Comfort Designs, has a true passion for colors. "My real passion is working with my clients from beginning to end on their projects. I work with high-end builders during the blueprint stages and construction. After the home is built, I work to select furniture, make the window treatments, and find any accessories the house may need."

Sue does only residential work and is a one-woman show! She does however, offer apprenticeships and job shadowing for aspiring designers and can have anywhere from 10-15 clients at one time! "I love working with Greenhouse because they give me that personal, 1-on-1 partnership I need to get my job done. Seth has been a big support for me, and no other company I have worked with offers the personal assistance and the value that I get from Seth and Greenhouse. Even if I don't talk to Seth when I call in, I know he is there for me if I need him and will be sending me all the New Fabrics Every Month. Whether it is the same day shipping, the customer service, or the overall quality of the fabric, they cannot be beat!"
